COURSE DESCRIPTION-

The half marathon course offers some of the best scenery that West Michigan has to offer. The first 4 miles consist of rolling, paved county roads, followed by a stretch of hard packed gravel (dirt) roads, before turning into some of the finest trail running that this side of the state has to offer, and then you finish up along the banks of the Flat River where you began. This course is not one that you will run a p.r. on, but if you are looking for a run that is exciting and scenic this race is for you.

Finisher Towels will be given out to the first 100 finishers

NICE MEDALS WILL BE GIVEN OUT TO THE TOP THREE IN EACH OF THE FOLLOWING AGE GROUPS:

MEN AND WOMEN AGE GROUPS: 0-19,20-29,30-39,40-49,50-59,60-69,70-79, 80 & Over

OVERALL TROPHIES WILL BE GIVEN OUT TO THE OVERALL MALE AND FEMALE RUNNERS AS WELL AS THE OVERALL MALE AND FEMALE MASTERS(40-59) CHAMPIONS AND GRAND MASTERS(60+) MALE AND FEMALE CHAMPIONS.

All awards will be given out in the finish line chute.
